Aleksandr's approach to life is unconventional. He could have an easy, wealthy life under parental instruction but preferred to be self-made. Music school and university studies were sidelined for his own business in survival games, plus a divemaster level and challenging work experience in diving. His way into the mediation profession was through his workplace conflict resolved by mediation; what a story to share! Though the youngest peacemaker on the team, Aleksandr comes with a whale of real-life tested experience and a younger generation mindset.
